It all depends on your main focus of insurance and the age you're looking to target. 65 and older are on Facebook. Many entertainment vendors like DJ's, photographers, etc... are on IG. If you are looking for B2B (business to business) to build relationships with businesses who compliment your industry I would put my effort into LinkedIn
