In the Monday video you mention putting links from Dropbox for photos and videos, if you use Google drive instead is that still acceptable or is Dropbox something that really needs to be used? Or I guess any other cloud storage besides Dropbox. Thank you!

Any cloud storage will work. Dropbox is easier to organize and costs less as your data grows. Google drive is great for shared forms and documents.
